摘要

方法:通过对2 ~ 5岁学龄前儿童食物偏好的调查,选取14种不太喜欢的蔬菜。据此,运用“食物桥”理论,为学龄前儿童制作了教育视频、活动手册和教学指南,并将教材命名为“友好蔬菜”。2019年3月至11月,向托幼机构发放教育材料,并对每30天进行一次教育的学龄前儿童进行有效性调查。在教学课程前后,研究人员检查了孩子们在名称、颜色、味道/质地、种植方法和对蔬菜偏好方面的知识变化。
