摘要

为了保证增储风电场的稳定运行,研究了风电场内部储能系统的动态控制问题。基于所提出的小信号稳定判据和大信号稳定判据,选择了ESS的控制结构和控制参数。仿真结果表明,采用本文提出的ESS动态控制方案,当电网作为恒定负荷成为不稳定因素时,或当风力发电机组发生故障时,风力发电机组能够稳定运行。
