Through testing (R) correlation coefficient obtained that level of correlation or relationship between giving motivation, work environment and leadership style on performance of employees is a high relationship i.e. 60.8%. And the ability to work is the most dominant factor influencing the performance of employees at PT. 摘要

本研究的目的是了解给予动机、工作环境和领导风格对望加锡哈萨丁国际机场PT. Gapura Angkasa员工绩效的影响,该机场由给予动机、工作环境和领导风格组成。这里的人口是54人。数据分析方法采用定量与线性回归。基于检验的自由变量F联合对变量的定界性能有显著的正向影响。通过检验(R)相关系数得出,给予动机、工作环境和领导风格对员工绩效的相关或关系水平为高相关,即60.8%。而工作能力是影响望加锡哈萨丁国际机场Angkasa登机口员工绩效的最主要因素。
