The scientific novelty has already consisted in the formulation of the problem itself, which is analyzed in unique aspects of its content: ontological, axiological, legal, political and military-strategic. The result of the analysis carried out is the conclusion about the objective necessity of SMO, about its preventive nature, and proposal of rational solution of a number of urgent problems of modern Russia. 本研究的目的是对俄罗斯联邦在乌克兰的特殊军事行动(SMO)的本质进行科学和理论分析，证明相关哲学和政治方面的条理性，揭示不同的反俄概念的反动政治本质，提出旨在加强和发展俄罗斯社会在其存在的各个领域的行动。科学的新颖性已经体现在问题本身的表述中，并从其内容的独特方面进行分析:本体论、价值论、法律、政治和军事战略。分析的结果是，总结了实施刑事犯罪的客观必要性和刑事犯罪的预防性，并对现代俄罗斯的一些紧迫问题提出了合理的解决方案。这些结果是基于世界体系和结构功能分析的研究方法。
