摘要

本文的目的是分析东盟国家在产业政策现代化过程中转变专业和资格结构的国际经验。这一问题的主要研究方法是历史系统方法和历史社会学方法，它们允许对这一过程的结构、功能、形态和起源进行复杂的分析。本研究提出了1967-1990年经济现代化时期东盟国家专业和资格结构转型的结构和功能模型，及其在这些国家工业革命的过程和结果及其进一步的数字化转型中的作用。现实意义:分析结果对FIR条件下国民经济人力资源体系管理方法的实施以及出口导向型工业化向再工业化和数字化转型提供了评价和借鉴国际经验。
