摘要

本文主要研究了$Al_2Ca$作为变质剂对A356合金共晶Si变质的影响。对铸态、固溶态和时效态试样进行了显微组织观察。固溶处理2、4、6、10 h,温度分别为$540和$170。添加$Al_2Ca$的A356合金铸态相与普通A356合金无显著差异,但在铸态和热处理态均表现出更多的变质共晶Si、晶粒细化和拉伸性能的提高。TGA结果表明,添加了$Al_2Ca$的A356合金的抗氧化性能有一定的提高。
