There is a positive correlation between the scale of enterprises, the degree of market competition and technology innovation efficiency. There is a negative correlation between the government intervention and technology innovation efficiency. 摘要

本文采用随机前沿模型对2010 - 2016年中国大陆28个地区高技术产业的技术创新效率及其影响因素进行了测度。结果表明:中国高技术产业技术创新效率较低,呈现波动状态,发明专利授权作为产出的效率高于新产品销售作为产出的效率;企业规模、市场竞争程度与技术创新效率之间存在正相关关系。政府干预与技术创新效率呈负相关。国有经济比重与专利作为产出效率负相关,与新产品销售作为产出效率正相关。
