The results show that the technology innovation efficiency of Chinese high-tech industry is low, showing a state of fluctuation, and the efficiency of the invention patents authorization as output is higher than that of new product sales as output. There is a positive correlation between the scale of enterprises, the degree of market competition and technology innovation efficiency. There is a negative correlation between the government intervention and technology innovation efficiency.
