摘要

氧化锆/碳化硅复合陶瓷具有较高的低温裂纹愈合能力。研究了SiC复合材料、环境对裂纹愈合行为的影响。我们还研究了热处理试样的疲劳强度。主要结论如下:(1)ZrO2陶瓷的裂纹修复既需要复合SiC,也需要氧化环境。(2)在空气中热处理ZrO2/SiC陶瓷时,SiC复合材料的相变不仅使裂纹愈合,而且使断裂韧性和抗弯强度得到提高。
