摘要

作者设定的目标是分析与远程医疗筛查患者病情任务相关的现代互联网技术成果的使用状况，并研究通过创建现代远程医疗综合体来确定提高远程医疗服务质量的方法的可能性。为实现这一目标，建议审查世界主要国家在这一领域的最佳做法，并分析对各类患者进行远程医疗筛查的具体情况，以确定改善乌克兰远程医疗服务的主要方向。针对区域远程医疗手段MedStar solution LLS的应用，提出了实施远程医疗筛查综合体的具体建议。
