教育学培训是一项应定期进行的基本方案,特别是在最近改革越南普通教育的背景下。研究目的是对高中教师培训活动的发展过程进行分类。本文的研究方法是基于历史和比较的方法来呈现高中劳动力学徒教学的成熟过程。研究结果表明,虽然在教育和社会的创新中,高中教师的培训活动长期以来一直受到许多国家的关注,但目前越南教师劳动力中缺乏对这一主题的深入研究以及专业能力建设管理。
