The use of practicum equipment for a experiment with a long enough duration will cause the cooling water are used have a high temperature and be ineffective for the heat exchanger cooling process. The purpose of making a Cooling Tower Type Heat Dissipator Model for Heat Exchanger Service Unit H101/08490 PA Hilton Ltd so that the cooling water used to carry out the practicum will be maintained at a temperature of 28 o C-33 o C. Maintaining the stability of the cooling water temperature is expected to produce data that does not vary too much and can be done in a fairly long data collection range. The results of the performance and effectiveness test of Cooling Tower cooling show that the temperature increase is only 4 o C for 3 hours of testing and the cooling effectiveness increases and is relatively constant during the test time. 摘要
用于换热实验的热交换器服务单元H101/08490 PA Hilton Ltd有一个缺点,因为从该单元流出的水在取热后会直接进入储水箱,仍然具有较高的温度(> - 33℃)。使用实习设备进行实验,持续时间过长,会导致所用冷却水温度过高,对换热器的冷却过程无效。为PA Hilton Ltd .热交换器服务单元H101/08490制作冷却塔式散热器模型的目的是使用于进行实习的冷却水温度保持在28℃-33℃,保持冷却水温度的稳定性,期望产生的数据不会变化太大,并且可以在相当长的数据收集范围内完成。冷却塔冷却性能和有效性试验结果表明,在试验3小时内,温度仅升高4℃,冷却有效性在试验时间内增加且相对恒定。说明冷却塔冷却系统可以作为机械工程系换热器实习的辅助介质。
