摘要

本文提出了一种基于ota的通用方形电路。所提出的平方器的重要特征是它有两个输入(电压输入vin和电流输入in),它的输出可以是in v的平方或in的平方。通过在OTA输入端增加补偿电流来补偿由于输入电阻有限而导致的OTA中的非理想效应。利用PSpice软件进行了仿真,验证了电路的性能。
