TRAPS is characterized by the periodic occurrence of fever, abdominal pain, maculopapular rash, arthralgia/myalgia and laboratory signs of inflammation that persisit for 5 days to 3 weeks. AAamyloidosis can complicate persisting autoinlammation in TRAPS.
