Mucus samples were analyzed by bacterial isolation in the laboratory. The result shows that there were differences between gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in the three research sites and that gram-positive bacteria were higher or dominant. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel mucus karang pada tahun 2010 di 3 (tiga) lokasi berbeda, yakni Bunaken (Mei); Morotai (September) dan Raja Ampat (November), yang difokuskan pada analisis bakteri gram postif dan gram negatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel di lapangan adalah time swim, yaitu dengan penyelaman pada kedalaman 5-10 meter selama ±30 menit dan mengambil sampel mucus karang secara acak menggunakan siring atau dengan mengambil langsung pada karang (fraksi cabang). Sampel mucus dianalisis dengan cara isolasi bakteri di laboratorium. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan antara bakteri gram positif dan gram negative di tiga lokasi survei dan bakteri gram positif lebih tinggi atau dominan. 摘要
对受细菌污染的硬珊瑚(石珊瑚)的研究仍然不多,特别是在印度尼西亚水域。本研究于2010年在3个不同的地点采集了珊瑚粘液样本,分别是Bunaken(5月);Morotai(9月)和Raja Ampat(11月)的研究重点是对被细菌污染的硬珊瑚(核珊瑚)的分析,但仍然没有太多的研究,特别是在印度尼西亚水域。本研究于2010年在3个不同的地点采集了珊瑚粘液样本,分别是Bunaken(5月);Morotai(9月)和Raja Ampat(11月),其重点是分析革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌。实地取样的方法是定时游泳,即在5-10米的深度下潜±30分钟,随机抽取珊瑚粘液样本,或直接在珊瑚上取样(珊瑚礁分支)。痰液样品在实验室进行细菌分离分析。结果表明,三个研究点革兰氏阳性菌与革兰氏阴性菌存在差异,革兰氏阳性菌数量较多或占优势。强烈建议进行进一步的研究,以确定细菌种类并解释其与生态系统的关系。关键词:细菌,核状珊瑚,革兰氏阳性和阴性,Bunaken, Morotai, Raja Ampat AbstrakPenelitian tentang karang keras(核状珊瑚)yang terkontaminasi bakteri masih belum banyak dilakukan, terutama di perairan印度尼西亚Penelitian ini mengambil样品黏液karang pada tahun 2010第3期(tiga); lokasi berbeda, yakni Bunaken (Mei);Morotai(9月)dan Raja Ampat(11月),yang difokuskan paada分析bakteri gram阳性,dan gram阴性。Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel di lapangan adalah时间游泳,yitu dunan penyelaman pada kedalaman 5-10米selama±30分钟danmengbill sample黏液karang secara akak menggunakan sisiing atau dunan mengbill langsung pada karang (fraksi cabang)。样本黏液分析:实验室分离细菌。Hasil分析menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaa和antara巴氏革兰氏阳性和巴氏革兰氏阴性,巴氏革兰氏阳性和巴氏革兰氏阴性,巴氏革兰氏阳性和巴氏革兰氏阴性均占主导地位。Penelitian lebih lanjut yang dapat menentukan jenis bakteri serta menjelaskan hubungannya denan生态系统sangat disarankan untuk dilakukan。Kata Kunci: Bakteri,硬核珊瑚,革兰氏阳性和阴性,Bunaken, Morotai, Raja Ampat
