摘要

【摘要】目的:探讨凤梨总提取物及不同极性部位的潜在免疫调节作用。方法:采用中性红法测定其吞噬活性,采用正常小鼠和免疫功能低下小鼠模型研究其免疫功能的影响。结果:在体外,总提取物及氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水组分均能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力;此外,当脂多糖(LPS)联合刺激时,氯仿和乙酸乙酯组分有增加的趋势。在体内,乙酸乙酯组分(EAF)可以增强免疫功能低下小鼠的免疫器官指数,增加血清溶血素水平和外周血免疫细胞,而对正常小鼠的作用不明显。结论:龙舌兰提取物具有明显的免疫调节作用,尤其对免疫障碍患者有明显的免疫调节作用。
