摘要

本文报道1例蝶窦真菌球的临床病例，对其非典型的计算机断层成像特征感兴趣，导致患者终年受到非特异性蝶窦炎的威胁。一个长期存在的真菌球变成恶性的。对蝶窦真菌球的发病及表现的影像学资料进行分析。通过临床病例的介绍，说明利用计算机断层扫描和磁共振成像分析窦骨壁重塑对及时诊断蝶骨真菌球的重要性。
