摘要

以汽车车灯的渗铝工艺为基础,研究了具有复杂渗铝边界结构的车灯零件在非渗铝区域的模具掩模方法。首先,对汽车车灯中的镀铝件进行了分析,确定了四种常见的镀铝边界结构模型;其次,用显微镜观察渗铝过渡区,通过a值和b值对不同掩模工装参数(H、J、Z)下的渗铝件进行分析。然后根据分析结果,给出了不同渗铝边界结构的渗铝工装的设计方法。最后,通过实际案例验证了这一结论的有效性。
