The population of this study included 181 employees at PT Golden Blossom Sumatra (GBS), the sample drawn was 108 respondents with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The finding concludes that Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee Work Discipline, Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee Work Discipline and Leadership and Supervision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee Work Discipline at PT Golden Blossom Sumatra (GBS). 摘要
本研究旨在检验金花苏门答腊公司(GBS)领导与监督对员工工作纪律的影响。本研究对象为苏门答腊PT Golden Blossom (GBS)的181名员工，采用比例分层随机抽样法抽取108名受访者。研究发现，在金花苏门答腊PT公司，领导对员工工作纪律有正向显著的影响，监督对员工工作纪律有正向显著的影响，领导和监督同时对员工工作纪律有正向显著的影响。在PT Golden Blossom Sumatra (GBS)，领导和监督影响对工人工作纪律的贡献为76.7%，其余23.3%是由本研究排除的各种因素解释的。关键词:领导;监督;工作纪律
