The development background of GEIA-STD-0009 Reliability program standard for systems design,development and manufacturing was researched.The development schedule was analyzed;four reliability objectives and information flow were introduced.Six components of each objective were briefly expounded;thirteen special reliability actions were detailedly expatiated.
