However, there are still many design principles that need to pay attention to in the application of SLM technology in jewelry design. For example support structure design, internal structure design, mold polishing difficulty and post-processing design. This paper focuses on the support structure design and movable structure design, highlighting the great impact of SLM technology on jewelry manufacturing and processing process.
