摘要

方法:采用Clevenger装置,采用加氢蒸馏法提取艾草精油。采用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对精油的化学成分进行了鉴定。随后,采用MIC法和MTT法分别测定精油对致病菌的抑菌作用和对结肠癌细胞株(HT29)的细胞毒活性。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测HT29细胞Bax和Bcl2凋亡基因的表达。
