This issue has been a debate since many years ago especially in the Covid-19 pandemic, jobs less offered in the market for the graduates to grab. This research looks at a few less prominent factors of employability among 171 Malaysian graduates who have graduated within the last three (3) years and currently employed. Through SPSS statistical analysis, the research found that age, gender, level of study, staying at campus hostel and field of study directly give effect on graduates’ employability.
