Establishment of an easy and effective fault diagnosis method has been strongly required to assure motors for operation with high reliability. This paper reports the results of analysis of current waveforms of motors with short-circuit turns in stator windings. It was confirmed that magnitude and phase of current changed depending on the degree of short circuit of the stator winding under both no load and load-connected conditions. 摘要

定子绕组短路是感应电动机最常见的故障之一,在工业厂房和工厂中造成巨大的经济损失,使生产线停止运行。为了保证电机的高可靠性运行,迫切需要建立一种简便有效的故障诊断方法。本文报道了电机定子绕组短路匝时电流波形的分析结果。结果表明,在空载和有载工况下,定子绕组的电流大小和相位随短路程度的变化而变化。认为电流波形适合于感应电动机短路故障的检测。
