摘要

本研究旨在了解和研究领导风格、工作动机和工作纪律对PT. Fadhil genten员工绩效的同时和部分影响。为了找出领导风格、工作动机和工作纪律中哪个变量对公司员工绩效的影响更大。本研究采用原始资料和定量方法。本研究使用的人群均为PT.
