Report of Lecanophryella indica (Ciliophora, Suctorea) as epibiont on harpacticoid copepod from Mumbai coast of India (Arabian Sea)
The article deals with the report of suctorian ciliate Lecanophryella indica from new locality (Mumbai, west coast of India, Arabian Sea) and new host – harpacticoid copepod. The rede-scription of the species is presented. The possible prevalence of L. indica to localization on host cephalothorax is also discussed.
