Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is used to analyze the data and multi-group analysis is conducted to investigate the role of perceived CSR significance. Based on the data analysis results, the model is validated and the stated hypotheses are supported. Moreover, the moderating role of the perceived CSR significance in the relationship between CSR and OCB is highlighted. 摘要

摘要本研究的目的是考察企业伦理和企业社会责任与组织公民行为(OCB)两个维度的关联性质,即对公司其他个体的组织公民行为(OCBI)和对组织战略与目标的组织公民行为(OCBO)。本文基于企业资源基础观和社会认同理论的框架,从员工对企业社会责任实践的感知意义及其对组织的认同(关联水平)两方面考察了企业社会责任与公民责任的关系。根据一项调查工具收集的数据,对描述这种关系的拟议模型进行了实证检验,该调查工具分发给黎巴嫩一所顶尖大学的校友,他们受雇于属于黎巴嫩和该地区不同部门的各种公司。采用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)对数据进行分析,并进行多组分析来研究感知CSR显著性的作用。基于数据分析结果,对模型进行了验证,并对假设进行了支持。此外,本文还强调了感知到的企业社会责任重要性在企业社会责任与组织公民行为关系中的调节作用。提出了理论和实践意义、研究局限性和进一步的研究建议。
