Fractional anisotropy (FA) values of optic tract and optic radiation of POAG suspects were lower than those of normal controls (P <0.05). Apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values of optic tract were not different from those of controls, as well as the volume of lateral geniculate. \n \n \nConclusions \nThere are micro changes and damage of visual pathway in POAG suspects, and DTI can detect the micro changes. 摘要

目的通过磁共振弥散张量成像(DTI)研究原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者后视通路的早期变化及特征。方法对20例疑似POAG患者和20例正常人进行DTI参数、光谱域光学相干断层扫描(SD-OCT)测量和视野分析。结果POAG疑似患者乳头周围视网膜神经纤维层厚度较薄,P <0.001。疑似POAG患者的视束和光辐射分数各向异性(FA)值均低于正常对照组(P <0.05)。视神经束表观扩散系数(ADC)和外侧膝状节体积与对照组无明显差异。结论POAG疑似患者存在视觉通路的细微变化和损伤,DTI可以检测到这些细微变化。DTI或DTI联合SD-OCT对POAG的早期诊断和治疗有重要帮助。关键词:磁共振成像;扩散张量成像;原发性开角型青光眼;视觉通路
