摘要

机械耐用的多功能超疏水表面是未来超疏水涂层实际应用的理想选择。本文通过混合PDMS和疏水改性石墨,采用简单的一步浸涂方法制备了半导体超疏水涂层。机械耐久性在一定程度上决定了大尺度特征对分层粗糙度的保护。结果表明,该多功能超疏水涂层具有良好的导电性和持久的超疏水性,在各个领域具有很大的应用潜力。
