The currentlevel of maturity of the project activity is identified on the example of the electricity supplycompany. Strengths, weaknesses, as well as opportunities and threats of implementation of the \nproject activity for the investigated enterprises are highlighted. 论证了项目活动对供电企业发展的紧迫性。概括地说，项目活动可以灵活地解决寻找资金来源的问题，为企业的发展提供措施。在国内实践中，论证了实施项目活动的前提条件和趋势。基于项目活动成熟度阶段的选择和特点，提出了供电企业项目活动成熟度的评价方法，确定了供电企业项目活动实施和改进的关键准则。以电力供应公司为例，确定项目活动的当前成熟度。强调了被调查企业执行项目活动的优势、劣势以及机会和威胁。提出了在供电公司实施项目活动的措施。
