This paper is focused to study the different properties of M30 grade concrete where the coarse aggregate has been completely replaced by commercially available sintered fly ash aggregate and it has proved to meet the target strength. To further improve the crack resisting behavior and tensile strength,basalt fibers was incorporated. The incorporation of fibers has improved the mechanical properties to around 3-4%.
