For 24 hours, larvae were exposed to various concentrations of an aqueous, silver and copper nanoparticles sunthesized extracts of O. basilicum.After visible observation, FTIR, a particle size analyzer, and UV-vis spectrophotometer were used to confirm the successful synthesis of nanoparticles. By using a GC-MS study, the phytochemicals found in leaf extract were investigated. LC50 and LC90 values were calculated to analyze the results. The larvicidal efficacy of aqueous extract, AgNPs, and CuNPs synthesized leaf extract were compared.
