Data yang dikumpulkan berupa data primer dan data skunder, analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan serta membandingakan dengan besaran kebutuhan hidup layak (KHL) di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah (BPS, 2021). Hasil penelitian bahwa pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kentang rata-rata adalah sebesar Rp. 35.350.000 per petani atau sebesar Rp. 24.563.301 per ha, apabila sekali musim tanam 5 (lima) bulan maka besaran yang didapat sebesar Rp. 4.912.660 per bulan. Selanjutnya didapat nilai Ratio R/C = 2,17, artinya dengan modal sebesar Rp. 1 untuk melakukan usahatani kentang, maka akan mendapatkan pendapatan sebesar Rp. 2,17. Rata-rata mengusahakan usahatani kentang seluas 0,31 ha. petani kentang sudah berada diatas garis kemiskinan dengan penerimaan bersih per bulan sebesar Rp. 982.532, dengan kata lain petani kentang di Kecamatan Bebesan Kabupaten Aceh Tengah sudah dapat keluar dari garis kemiskinan. ABSTRACT The objectives of the study were 1) to find out the income of potato farmers from potato farming, 2) to find out the area of land needed by farmers to be able to fulfill a decent life in accordance with the needs of a decent living (KHL) in Central Aceh Regency. The research was conducted in Central Aceh District. The location selection was purposive, namely in Bebesan District, with the consideration that Bebesan District is a sub-district that has the widest planting area and harvest area of the sub-districts in Central Aceh District. The method used is a survey method. The population of this study were all potato farmers located and scattered in Bebesan District based on planting area, with a sample of farmers taken as much as 30% of the planted area, namely 34 respondents. The results showed that the average income earned by potato farmers was Rp. 35,350,000 per farmer or Rp. 24,563,301 per ha, if once the planting season is 5 (five) months then the amount obtained is Rp. 4,912,660 per month. Furthermore, the value of Ratio R/C = 2.17, meaning that with a capital of Rp. 1 to do potato farming, it will get an income of Rp. 2.17. The average potato farming area is 0.31 ha, potato farmers are already above the poverty line with a monthly net income of Rp. 982,532, in other words, potato farmers in Bebesan District, Central Aceh Regency have been able to get out of the poverty line.
