It requires the use of new methods for selecting methods and systems of development with the simultaneous introduction of new methods for intensifying production and increasing oil recovery. The article investigates a method for improving the efficiency of the development system of a layered and heterogeneous productive formation of the «ryabchik» type by controlling the parameters of the well grid and well completion. The analyzed method of optimization of development will increase the efficiency of extraction of hard-to-recover oil reserves and increase the degree of their production. Proposals have been made to increase the efficiency of the development of a formation of the «ryabchik» type.
