The patients were divided into two groups: study group (127 patients) and control group (66 patients). Control group received laser therapy in the fundus while the study group was administered 3 capsules (i.e., 1.5 g) of Fufang xueshuantong thrice daily for 7 days. Changes in the fundus and visual acuity, hemodynamic indices of the ophthalmic artery, and changes in macular edema diameter, and adverse reactions in both groups were recorded.Results: In the study group, after treatment, eyeground changes were especially effective (67.37 %), effective (30.51 %), or ineffective (2.12 %). Visual acuity improved (58.90 %), (unchanged at 38.56 %), or decreased (2.54 %). In the control group, laser treatment was especially effective (42.61 %), effective (44.35 %), or ineffective (13.04 %); however, visual acuity increased (36.52 %), unchanged (47.83 %), or decreased (15.65 %). The changes were significant (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in ophthalmic artery hemodynamics between the two groups before treatment (p > 0.05). After treatment, however, peak systolic velocity (Psv), end diastolic blood flow velocity (Edv), mean velocity (Vm), resistance index (RI), and pulsatile index (PI) in the study group were significantly different from those of the control group (p < 0.05); There was also no significant difference between the two groups before and 1 day after the operation (p > 0.05), neither was there a significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (p < 0.05).Conclusion: Fufang xueshuantong capsule is effective in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy, and significantly improves ophthalmic artery hemodynamics. 摘要

目的:观察激光联合复房血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的疗效及对眼部血流动力学的影响。方法:回顾性分析河北大学附属医院眼科2020年10月至2022年4月收治的糖尿病视网膜病变患者193例。患者分为研究组(127例)和对照组(66例)。对照组患者给予眼底激光治疗,研究组患者给予复方血栓通3粒(1.5 g),每日3次,连用7天。记录两组眼底、视力变化、眼动脉血流动力学指标、黄斑水肿直径变化及不良反应。结果:研究组治疗后,眼底改变特别有效(67.37%)、有效(30.51%)、无效(2.12%)。视力改善(58.90%),(38.56%不变),或下降(2.54%)。对照组激光治疗特别有效(42.61%)、有效(44.35%)、无效(13.04%);然而,视力增加(36.52%)、不变(47.83%)和下降(15.65%)。差异有统计学意义(p < 0.05)。两组治疗前眼动脉血流动力学差异无统计学意义(p < 0.05)。治疗后,研究组的峰值收缩速度(Psv)、舒张末血流速度(Edv)、平均流速(Vm)、阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(p < 0.05);两组患者术前、术后1 d比较差异无统计学意义(p < 0.05),不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(p < 0.05)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变有效,可显著改善眼动脉血流动力学。然而,需要进一步的临床试验来验证本研究的结果。
