摘要

本研究旨在了解和分析选举法中金钱政治作为一种腐败犯罪行为的重构。撰写本期刊的研究方法采用规范(理论)研究方法。在此基础上得出的结论是，可以通过在《总选举法》中将政治腐败作为一种特殊犯罪纳入条款，将选举法中的金钱政治重新定义为腐败犯罪，从而为执法人员采取预防或镇压措施，实现廉洁选举和无腐败政治提供强有力的法律依据。
