本文就人体氧化反应影响下的衰老研究中存在的问题作一综述。分析了自由基衰老理论的特点，探讨了抗氧化酶在衰老过程中的作用。衰老是人体在多种因素影响下发生的复杂过程和现象，氧化代谢在这一过程中起着重要作用。对衰老机制的研究为利用这些知识找到延长人类寿命的方法开辟了前景。
