Ryegrass seed was collected in the Southern Cape and germinated in a glasshouse with a day/night temperature regime of 20°C/15°C. Herbicides were applied at the third leaf stage. Tralkoxydim (2-(1-[ethoxyimo)propyl]-3hydroxy-5-(2,4,6-tri methylphenyl)cyclohex-2-enone), (125, 250, 500 and 1250 g a.i. ha-1) and diclofop-methyl (±)-2-[4-(2,4-dichlo-rophenoxy)phenoxy]propanoic acid (177.5, 355, 710 and 1775 g a.i. ha-1) were applied. Three formulations of tralkoxydim (SC, EC and WG) were used in the study. Forty-four days after herbicide application, percentage control was measured by means of fresh plant mass. Less than 20 control was obtained with diclofop-methyl at rates up to 1775 g a.i. ha-1 (seven times the registered rate). All the formulations of tralkoxydim provided excellent ryegrass control at 250 g a.i. ha-1. 摘要
测定了芳氧苯氧基丙酸类除草剂和环己二酮类除草剂对一株疑似抗性黑麦草(Lolium rigidum Gaud.)的药效。黑麦草种子采集于南开普省,并在昼/夜温度为20°C/15°C的温室中发芽。在第三叶期施用除草剂。三氧基(2-(1-[乙氧基)丙基]-3羟基-5-(2,4,6-三甲基苯基)环己烯酮),(125、250、500和1250 g a.i. ha-1)和双氯草-甲基(±)-2-[4-(2,4-二氯罗苯氧基)苯氧基]丙酸(177.5、3555、710和1775 g a.i. ha-1)。采用三种配方(SC、EC和WG)进行研究。施用除草剂44 d后,用鲜株质量法测定百分比防治效果。以高达1775 g a.i. ha-1(登记率的7倍)的甲基双氯灭得到的对照不到20只。在250 g a.i. ha-1剂量下,所有配方的曲烷氧啶对黑麦草均有良好的防治效果。Resista……
