The author defines the legal boundaries of this concept from the point of view of entrepreneurial activity and reveals their features. Legal instruments are also considered that allow entrepreneurs, in the conditions of economic crises, to pay special attention to the risks associated with the conclusion of employment contracts with employees. At the same time, a conclusion is drawn on the need to improve the system of internal local legal regulation, forecasting situations in which the risk of absenteeism due to objective circumstances can lead to significant losses.
