摘要

工作在2.45 GHz频率的WLAN应用是传输工具中常用的通信方式。无线局域网技术还实现了接入点与智能设备之间的数据收发连接功能。数据传输中的通信质量对该技术的各个阶段都至关重要。前端模块结构的采用直接影响到效率的提高。包括功率放大器(PA)、低噪声放大器(LNA)、天线和滤波器在内的电路是前端结构中最重要的组成部分。本研究分别提出了采用PW570增益模块和BFP760射频晶体管电路的PA和LNA。通过使用所提出的电路,在数据通信速度和覆盖范围方面将有相当大的改进,这些都是WLAN性能因素之一。
