摘要

本文致力于研制一种电磁作用的差速砂浆泵,用于泵送精加工材料,该泵对电能间隙不敏感,同时运行方便、易用、可靠、经济。本文提出了电磁作用下差压砂浆泵工作过程动力学的数学模型,可以从整体上研究泵送过程的一般规律,解决泵送过程的一般计算和设计问题,设置和解决与高频压力振荡有关的可靠性控制问题,结构优化问题和各部件的优化设计问题。基于逆动力学问题的概念,结合瞬时能量量局部泛函的最小化,提出了矢量控制异步电驱动抽油机的控制系统,保证了在参数扰动活动条件下的高质量压力调节,并具有可接受的能量指标。
