Firstly, the mechanical rigid-flexible coupling model and hydraulic model of the arm system of a concrete pump truck are built; in order to study the influencing factors of the arm movement smoothness, stiffness and damping of hydraulic system under the joint arm linkage condition in the arm system are simulated and analyzed; finally, the corresponding optimization and improvement scheme is put forward according to the simulation results. 摘要

为了提高臂架系统运动过程的平稳性,本文采用基于MWorks平台的Modelica多域建模仿真技术,对某混凝土泵臂架系统进行了分析和改进。首先,建立了混凝土泵车臂系的机械刚柔耦合模型和液压模型;为了研究影响机械臂运动平稳性的因素,对机械臂系统中关节臂联动条件下液压系统的刚度和阻尼进行了仿真分析;最后,根据仿真结果提出了相应的优化改进方案。实验结果表明,与原系统相比,提出的改进方案显著提高了系统的平滑度,为产品改进提供了理论依据和技术支持。
