In the current study biomass optimize up to 13.4 g sucrose from 20g, KHPO 1.05g and FeSO 0.14g which give same biomass of . Thereby, sucrose cons different 6.6g in one liter, while compare with economic production cost at prize different Rs 4.3.00 for one liter. Also, for the production in e 300 liter fermenter Sucrose prize different was Rs 1292.00 per batch.
