In order to effectively extract the vibration signal characteristic quantity, the vibration signal of the circuit breaker is firstly analyzed theoretically as a series of simple harmonic superposition formation. For the characteristics of randomness and non-smoothness of the vibration signal, VMD (Variational Mode Decomposition) is recommended for calculation and analysis. The concept of quality factor is introduced to optimize the VMD. 摘要

高压断路器操动机构的振动可以间接反映其机械运动状态。为了有效提取断路器振动信号特征量,首先将断路器振动信号理论分析为一系列简谐波叠加形式。针对振动信号随机性和非光滑性的特点,建议采用变分模态分解(VMD)进行计算和分析。引入了质量因子的概念来优化VMD。最后,通过算例仿真对比,IVMD能有效分离振动信号的各个分量模态,解决了EMD分解模态重叠问题。
