摘要

提出了一种基于衬底集成波导技术的低成本微波移相器的设计方法。所提出的移相器是基于去除SIW衬底的某些区域以及顶部和底部金属平面。结果表明,通过适当选择引入空气条的位置和方向,可以在避免辐射泄漏的同时实现最大可能的相移。在此基础上,设计了宽带移相器。提出的设计提供45°相移,在10至14 GHz的频段内回波损耗高于17 dB。
