A sector that is increasing in the recent years is the offshore area, where, along with the steps made in substantial research, many economic activities become possible. In this paper we propose to realize a multi-criterial analysis by determining the affordability of a threshold, which we've called ' supportability factor \", an element that can make the difference if an activity is viable or cannot be made.
