The research methodology involves analysis of national building standards, BIM technologies that have already been partially tested and a new logical structure of design processes in the logic of BIM technology in Ukraine. It is proposed to introduce into the design practice a number of actions aimed at harmonizing the key stages of BIM-technologies development with the regulatory framework. The European LOD stages and Ukrainian stages of designing are compared; it is proposed to introduce and gradation enshrine it in state building standards. The correctness problem of competitive tender documentation form for the development of project documentation in Ukraine is highlighted. The issue of the need for a detailed review of European Union standards in terms of national specifics and their gradual implementation in the Ukrainian legal framework was raised. 摘要

摘要:本文描述了乌克兰建筑业快速引入BIM技术的意图问题。研究方法包括对国家建筑标准的分析,已经经过部分测试的BIM技术,以及乌克兰BIM技术逻辑中设计过程的新逻辑结构。建议在设计实践中引入一些旨在协调bim技术开发的关键阶段与监管框架的行动。对欧洲LOD阶段和乌克兰设计阶段进行了比较;建议在国家建筑标准中引入并逐步纳入。强调了乌克兰项目文件编制中竞争性招标文件格式的正确性问题。有人提出,需要根据国家具体情况详细审查欧洲联盟的标准,并在乌克兰法律框架内逐步执行这些标准。事实证明,拟议的措施将在经济可行性和环境友好性方面提高设计解决方案的质量,政府机构将能够对所有设计和施工过程进行质量控制。
