This research probes employee well-being and job satisfaction as independent variables to employee performance as dependent variables. The selection method of the sample is using purposive sampling and obtained 95 samples from the population of the whole employee of the corporation using a questionnaire to collect the samples.SPSS 26 from IBM is being used for the multiple linear regression analysis techniques. A significant and positive effect is discovered from job satisfaction to employee performance, while employee well-being has a non-significant effect. 摘要

在这个全球化的时代,每个公司都在努力提高和发展员工的绩效。要提高员工的绩效,公司必须注意很多因素。本研究以员工幸福感和工作满意度为自变量,以员工绩效为因变量。样本的选择方法是有目的抽样,采用问卷调查的方式从公司全体员工中抽取95个样本进行样本收集。SPSS 26从IBM被用于多元线性回归分析技术。工作满意度对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,而员工幸福感的影响不显著。公司应该考虑员工的工作满意度,以提高公司的业绩。
