This survey is based on a questionnaire and data collected from 375 employees of selected Commercial Bank in Asaba, Delta State. To analyse the data, SPSS version 23.0 is used. To check the relationship between the variables correlation analysis is used and to check the effect between variables linear regression analysis is used. Thus, all the hypotheses showed significant results. The study recommends that management should review its process of performance evaluations and rewards.
