The consumption of artichoke as a food source is raising too. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the main factors affecting the growth of this plant which is investigated in this study. A comprehensive analysis of the literature is performed to detect these factors. A fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is employed to prioritize the factors. Results indicate that the conditions of irrigation and soil are the most important ones.
