The dependence of the diffusion coefficient on concentration was observed. Reactive diffusion in amorphous Fe-B and Co-Zr multilayer films
The diffusion in and amorphous bi- and multilayers was investigated. The dependence of the diffusion coefficient on concentration was observed. This effect was explained taking into account the concentration dependence of mixing enthalpy correlated with chemical short range order in amorphous state.
